ICANN's policy that let's corporate trademark holders steal domain
names from domain name owners that no court would ever let them attain
through legal means.

It's also known as the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy, and all
com/net/org registrants are bound under it, since ICANN mandated that
all registrars apply the UDRP to their registrants (after telling the
public and the USG that registrars were to be free to select their own
domain dispute policy).

You can find the UDRP on ICANN's website.  You agreed to it when you
registered a com/net/org domain name.
