interface changes

Hello all,

I just noticed that a bunch of our renewals ended up in pending orders 
section.  Guess what... OpenSRS once again decided to make changes without 
any notification.  They introduced another flag under 'Technical Contact' 
called 'Process Renewals immediately'

Apologies if this was announced somewhere, but if it wasn't, something 
gotta change...
