This change was announced in a Live Reseller Update on Wednesday, March 21
(the day of the promotion).

Live Reseller Updates are used for important changes and downtime
announcments. They are sent to the Emergency Contact Info contact that you
set through the RWI. If you didn't get this announcement, or if it was sent
to an address that is not useful to you, go to the RWI
(http://resellers.opensrs.net) and change the contact information.
