Just to add to William's comment - the $250 "signup" fee will go towards
registrations (or transfers, or renewals).
As a reminder, you only qualify for the $250 signup fee if you are going
to use the client code scripts (we prefer that method) - it's $500 minimum
first deposit if you wish to exclusively use the web based interface.
