I'm not sure where
this problem comes from, so if anyone can point me in the right direction that
would be great. I am in the process of setting up my new OpenSRS system,
and everything works EXCEPT bulk registrations!!! If I try to perform a
bulk registration, I get to the batch registration order form, and can
fill out all the information. I can then Verify Order, and it takes me to
the order verification screen. Everything appears to be correct (ie. it
lists all the domains as available, everything in the order looks correct), so I
press Order Now!.... and after a few seconds of waiting all I get is a blank
screen. At this point if I log into the reseller system, I can see that
the FIRST domain listed in the bulk order is awaiting approval, but none of the
rest. It's almost like it's treating it as a single domain
order.
Any ideas?
