DNS provider

Hello
We urgently require a company that could provide us with the necessary DNS
services in order to create Web and Mail forwards.
We need some one that can provide as an API or a web panel that could be
translated to other languages. Our tries with Zonedit.com have not been very
succesful so far, so any information on alternatives would be mostly
appreciated, as well as details on Linux programmes or modules that could
archieve this.
