When will it resolve?  I think a better question would be "Will it
resolve?".  As for email, it's a matter of application systems enabling
UTF-8 encoding in email addresses - MTA's, clients, gateways, and it also
comes down to how the DNS system will actually work.  Do we pass unconverted
names to the DNS server? (in which case, only updated BIND versions will
resolve), or do we convert locally (a client application) and everything
works with the ASCII bq-- bit (in which case no server software need be
altered).  This DOES mean that application support for UTF-8 *inherent*
conversion will be of prime importance.

I already feel sorry for all the Amiga users.
