Hello.

Sometimes when transferring a domain to OpenSRS, for whatever reason the
admin contact doesn't approve the transfer within 5 days.

This often happens because the current ISP is the admin contact and just doesn't
understand what they have to do. (are you listening Demon, Webfusion, UK2.Net, etc -
but a big gold star to UUNET who did understand and also actioned within 24 hours!)

In this case, the customer usually has to go through NetSol to change the admin
contact to themselves and we resubmit the transfer.  This means we have to fill
out all the forms again, which is a pain and time consuming.

What would be really useful is a list of transfers that failed and the option to
resubmit a failed transfer, which also looks up the new admin email address.

How's that sound - I don't believe it would be that complicated and it would be
damn useful, at least to me, although I doubt I'm the only one...
