We have 30% transfer domain failure rate - plus minus some Lately it feels like we do almost as many Transfers as New Registrations so the failure rate is of a bit concern It appears based on reports of our customers that the originator of the transfer request DOES NOT GET NOTIFIED of the transfer failure. We do receive a message from OpenSRS on the transfer failure but anytime we have checked with whoever applied for the transfer, they consistently report they did not receive any transfer failure message and MANY assumed their transfer went through just fine - until we contacted them and told them it did not for such and such reason. Can anyone confirm this? If the transfer applicant never received Failure Message, they are assuming their transfer went through OK - never knowing and possibly loosing their domain - unless of course we take the time to manually prepare each individual transfer failure email - which is enormously time consuming ....
