NSI Holding back domains for more than 5 months now.

Record expires on 07-Dec-1999.
Record created on 06-Dec-1994.
Database last updated on 15-May-2001 14:27:00 EDT.
Record expires on 18-Dec-2000.
Record created on 18-Dec-1998.
Database last updated on 15-May-2001 14:27:00 EDT.
Record expires on 20-Mar-2001.
Record created on 19-Mar-1997.
Database last updated on 15-May-2001 14:27:00 EDT.
and a few more. domain names have bee removed.
can anything be done about this.
