Hello- I wonder if anyone might be so kind as to send a link to the latest information regarding everything an RSP might need to know to provide 'tickets', 'chits', lottery, pre-registration or whatever it is being called for .biz and/or .info. Specifically, I need final clarification on what we are charged for each 'ticket', what this ticket provides the end-user, when this is removed from our balance, and when/how monies are balanced once domains are registered. I want clarification that we ARE NOT doing anything similar to what happened with .CA. I'm not comfortable selling something I have a grayish understanding of and haven't had much luck spelunking CURRENT info out of lists or my gargantuan mail files.
