biz contact question

Hi,

The first line of Schedule A for .biz reads:

"THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN _______________
("REGISTRAR") AND YOU"

Are we supposed to fill on our business name or Tucows?  I
would guess it would be Tucows, but if that's they case, why
isn't it already filled in?

Anyone know?
