I have to admit I'm hopelessly confused.

On the .BIZ issue I am so thrown off by the changed schedule I wonder
how I can sell the pre-app tix to customers with a clear conscience if
they can't get fair warning *ahead* of time about conflicting IP
claims. Maybe we are just going to stay out of it completely, I forsee a
big ugly mess on or about Oct 1st.

On .INFO, I am clueless, what the hell is happening? Are the pre-regs
being taken now just IP claims? Are they pre-apps like the .BIZ pre-apps
("landrush") and if so, is it first come first served or random selection?

I know all of this has probably been covered in the posts but I can't keep
up.
