Will there be more contracts for subsequent phases of .info and .biz? No each TLD has one contract covering all phases. They are posted at the above URL. Where do I find information on .info and .biz? Cost/rebates/timelines? You can check out the registry home pages (www.neulevel.com, www.afilias.com) our Tucows FAQ (www.opensrs.org) for general timelines and general FAQ. Is there a horizon (test) environment available for .info and .biz? No, a horizon environment is not available due to the extremely compressed timelines to implement .biz and .info When resellers submit a pre-registration/domain application for .info or .biz before the registry goes live, and that pre-registration/ domain application then fails, will resellers be informed of this? Once the domains are successfully selected (either in the sunrise selection, landrush selection or domain selection) Tucows will be notified of successful and unsuccessful pre-registrations for .info and WE ASSUME (still need confirmation for)domain applications. Resellers will be able to check the RWI and see the successful and unsuccessful pre-reg/applications. Will registrants be notified via email of successful/unsuccessful applications? No. I have signed my contract but I have not seen anything in the RWI/do not have access. You should have received a confirmation once you fax the .biz or .info RSP Registration Agreement to (416) 531-2516. In the confirmation email you were instructed to: Compose an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with: the URL on your site (or some other means) binding your registrants to the Registration Agreement. This is the contract which explain the obligations of the Registrant, RSP, and Registrar for .biz and .info names; this document is the Appendix A of the Server Access License Contract. Please keep in mind it may that a few hours to process the contract. However, in no circumstance should it take longer than 24 hours. Where can I find complete pricing information for .info and .biz? Please contact your account representative for further pricing information. The exhibit A files seem to focus on Sunrise and IP Claim areas, but not Landrush - do resellers need to sign any additional agreements to offer these to our resellers? No - the existing contracts bind your registrants to all periods for .info and .biz launch - including registry live.
