A host must be registered in the verisign registry before it can be used
as a name server on com net or org domains.
http://www.verisign-grs.com/cgi-bin/whois?whois_nic=ns.domain.com.au&type=nameserver
tells me:
No match for nameserver "NS.DOMAIN.COM.AU".
So, you will need to send a request to opensrs support to add this
nameserver host to the registry.
