This domain is transfering from a new registrar (GANDI) and our whois
parser didn't catch the "Admin" contact email, because their whois does
not SHOW Admin email (actually, their whois is not up to ICANN par, not
showing a distinctive billing and technical contact either).

If a domain does not have the "resend email to <address>" link when
viewing it in "Orders in Progress" it means we did not catch the admin
email automatically and an administrator has to enter it manually.
