Sometimes the whois server does not respond (which can cause problems),
and we're still working on the (incorrect) assumption that the word
"administrative" would appear in the whois output. Our developers are
already working on updating our whois parsing code, using your own stuff
at http://open.gandi.net (a blessing, if you ask me) :)
