Hello,
register.cgi used to give you the option of setting the Admin
differently from the owner. It was changed several months ago. Now, it
behaves very much like reg_system.cgi
The theory is, since the Admin contact controls the domain via the
password, it should be tied to the Registrant.
I understand that we are working on giving people the option to set
Admin/Registrant differently.
