*.uk domains will automagically be renewed by Nominet when they near the
expiration date. As you must request the domain be deleted, else it will
be auto-renewed for one year(??)
As long as the *.uk domain is active with Nominet it can be moved over to
OpenSRS at anytime.
As for the charging of the transfer, I am still unsure of this myself, Ill
let someone else field this one.
