I have a domain for a customer currently at Register.com -- I've done the
transfer, the customer approved it via the OpenSRS interface, and it sat
pending "Registry Approval" for a heck of a long time -- then I got an error
message this morning from OpenSRS that the transfer had failed because it
timed-out.

So what do I do now?

(I'm stumped, short of taking a baseball bat to the head of someone at
Register.com, which I would be happy to do if you point me in the right
direction and name the culprit <evil grin>).
