The customer must also approve a message at Register.com in order for them
to allow the transfer (even though they're not supposed to, but I digress).
Attempt the transfer again, and make sure the end user approves the transfer
at Register (he'll get a semi-confusing email with several links, some are
to RENEW, ONE is to approve the transfer - make sure he clicks the correct
one).  If this all fails, email all supporting documentation to
[EMAIL PROTECTED], as we're mounting an initiative to protect the
Registrant from these innanities.
