Not to mention the fact that renewing a domain via manage.cgi
(http://manage.opensrs.net/) uses the reseller account that is setup in
the OpenSRS.conf - since the public manage interface is using a 'catch
all' user, we'd have to have money in that account to be able to renew
with - and by design, we don't ;)
