Just to comment on the initial question of regarding the commencement of
landrush...
I will wait until we receive official word from the registries before I
comment on the revised timelines. Then I can provide some updated guidance
to the list, and in addition to that update our information on the opensrs
site.
With the proposed extension of the sunrise pre-registration period from June
25 (start) to a mid July (start) then I think it is an excellent opportunity
for a lot of resellers to offer the sunrise pre-reg to trademark holders.
While I realize that everyone is interested in the Landrush pre-reg, I think
that some consideration should be paid to the Sunrise pre-reg it provides a
great way to lock up some customers for a longer period of time - the 5
year minimum registration period means a longer period for recogizing
revenue.
Anyways...just something to think about; I realize that it might not appeal
to everyone, but the availability of accepting Sunrise pre-regs via both the
RCL and RWI make it much easier.
