If it is an OpenSRS sponsored name that's the issue, we can assist you.
You have to have some semblance of 'proof' that the IP being blocked is
allocated to you (an ARIN whois output will suffice, or documentation from
the provider that allocated the IPs to you).  Send your gripes to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

In my experience this is rare, but it does happen (legacy nameserver hosts
from defunct ISPs that cause problems, or just plain end user silliness),
and we generally get a good turn around time from the PTB.
