I do not know what your agreement with these people was, but I do not
really understand why this is a big problem.
If they are not paying you to provide DNS for them, then you remove their
zones from your servers. Then their domains will break, and they will
find a new DNS provider. The registrations themselves are the customers'
responsibility -- change all the contacts to the information you have on
file for them. If they want their names to continue to work, they will
pay NetSol's invoice or transfer the domains.
I would maintain a good audit trail of your attempts to contact them and
warn them of the above, so that they do not try to blame you for any
downtime that results from their lack of action. Maybe, as a courtesy,
you could contact their hosting provider too (if there is such a company
in these cases) and maybe they will step up on their clients' behalf.
