Guess what...
This is the THIRD time we'll have to request a transfer. This time our
customer did not reply to the email from register.com sent friday, but
forwarded it just this morning... When we click on the link indicated, it
says:

"We did not receive confirmation of your domain name transfer within the 3 day
authorization period. For your protection, this transfer request has been
cancelled. Please be aware that register.com is unable to reinitiate this
request."

But the original email says:

"If you'd like to proceed with your transfer, please use the reply link(s)
below to authorize the transfer. Click on each link or copy and paste into
your browser window. If you do not authorize the transfer by June 18, 2001
5:00 PM EST, the transfer will not be completed. In the event that this
occurs, you will need to reinitiate the transfer through the registrar to
which you wish to transfer."

If somebody has a better way of contacting register.com staff than
[EMAIL PROTECTED], please let me know.
