So now its *not* first come, first serve after all...

I think I preferred it that .info was FCFS (see, you'll always
have some resellers complaining about something).  I suppose the
upside is, I won't have to stay up until 4am to make sure I'm
first in the queue anymore.

The big question of course, which Robert has beat me to, is:
Are you accepting multiple apps for one domain from the same
reseller?  Since money is no longer on hold (correct?) and
you only pay for app that's succesful, RSP's will be able to
submit ridiculous numbers of apps for a particular domain
(unless you limit them).

Robert's question on multiple rounds is a good one too...

This is the first round of names that are resolving?
According to inww, the landrush phase continues until
October 12... so there are 3 or 4 rounds, yes?
