the $65 Sunrise/$20 Landrush will be placed on hold when OpenSRS submits to
Afilias. (Assuming current dates do not change) OpenSRS will place resellers
money on hold when we submit to the registry for Sunrise on July 25, 2001
and for Landrush/Start-Up on September 12, 2001.

At what point will the $20 reseller funds be put on hold? When the
application is made by the reseller, or when/if that reseller's order is
chosen to be the one submitted to the Afilias queue?
