Or when you have a bad user and we need to get a hold of you (sometimes
the "Tech Contact Info" is nothing more than a voicemail box and a dumb
email address), or when we just like to call and say "hi", or in case of
death or dismemberment ;)

Basically it's a spot where we can ask for legitimate contact information
that you generally would not care to share in a public whois database.
