I'm having two problems with .cc registrations.
First of all, approximately one in five availability lookups I do for .cc
names results in one of these server error messages:
>Unexpected response received from the Registry: [421] [Command failed due
>to server error. Client should try again]
>Unexpected response received from the Registry: [705] [Empty response from
>the RA!]
Secondly (and this may be related), after a .cc order was successfully
placed and pended, the RWI was repeatedly rejecting the order with the
error "Domain taken". This seemed unlikely, since the domain in question
was still showing as "available" when I did an availability lookup. After
trying to submit it three separate times from the RWI, it was finally
accepted and registered properly.
So, looks like there are some server problems that need to be
investigated.
