No, you are not in their database, they couldn't find you in their
database, so they pulled it from the Registry.

The registry whois isn't real time, so while the registry does have
your domain at OpenSRS, their Whois just doesn't reflect that.

Well, you can't change DNS servers until after the transfer, but like
I said, what is in whois is not always current. It's not a real time
service, and can be a day or two (sometimes more) behind the "real"
data.

OpenSRS and some other registrars DO run a "real time" whois service
for the registrar data.

(same situation with your Register.com transfers as well, btw)
