10 days or so... I recently learned that OpenSRS is not proactively parsing all of the messages that the registry sends which includes transfer cancelled messages. That is why we are all starting to see more "timed out waiting for *registry* approval" messages. OpenSRS needs to start dealing with these messages when they are received. They know this, and hopefully will have a system in place to handle it in the very near future.
