9 days from "Registry Request Date". We're working on accelerating that
process, in the interim that's how it works.
BTW - there have been a lot of transfer related questions on the lists
these days, I suggest everyone peruse the latest "Upgrade Guide" (RSP to
RSP transfer and other enhancements) and review the sections in the "New
User Guide" as a refresher :)
