Hi,
IMHO, I think it should be written into the reseller agreement that you
may not promote services offered through partnerships with OpenSRS with
spam. Spam may not be illegal, but there is such a thing called
self-regulation, and most companies use it. Tucows is the only
reseller/partnership agreement that I've ever entered into that doesn't
have a "no spam" clause. From my experience, such a clause is a
standard practice.

We do not publish a list of resellers, as we value their privacy (etc).
If you do have complaints about other Tucows resellers (etc), you should
have them contact us instead - as for the spam, we cannot prevent spam,
we
can only slap the bad guys doing it (assuming it's a reseller at all)
As for the leads, other resellers opt-in to the list, and when someone
asks we give them 3-5 random selections (truly random, using the rnd
command and everything...) :)
