Yes, many months ago I tried to pay for a domain that had never been
paid for (completely forgot about, domain wasn't in use really) but
NSI said they couldn't find an invoice for it, and no matter how hard
I tried, I couldn't get them to accept $70 from me to get the domain
turned on. I called them at least a half dozen times trying to get
to someone who could make it happen.

This week I got an invoice for this domain, which has been on hold for
well over 2 years, letting me know I had 10 days to pay for it or lose
it. This time they had an invoice for it.

Looks like they are finally dealing with these customer service
issues.

But is it too little too late?
