Is there any way to track these types of orders down? I have had a few
dozen orders over the last few months which were not completed, but did show
up as pending. When tried a second time, they failed with "domain taken".
I have deleted all of these from my pending orders, assuming someone else
registered them before the order was completed. I'd hate to think they are
all in limbo now, but since I deleted them I would have a lot of trouble
coming up with an accurate list. (These are orders submitted during "peak"
periods...)
