Field billing country exceeds max length: 2.

OK, this is whacked. I just manually entered a .ca domain name in the RWI. 
The country codes are in a drop-down list box. When I submit the domain, I 
get:

"Field billing country exceeds max length:  2."

It's a drop down... how can I change it?
