.biz/.info orders

Before I inadvertently waste some money by testing .biz/.info on the live
system (horizon doesn't support them yet), can someone tell me if
.biz/.info orders (for both Sunrise and Landrush .info and preregistration
.biz and .biz tickets) honor the:

Process New Registrations and Transfers Immediately:

option in the RWI?

I'm hoping it does, otherwise I'll have to stop offering them to my users.
