Kai, All this shows is that they registered their domain through Tucows. Have you contacted the ISP responsible for the IPs where the email originates, or where they host their site? I'm skeptical that Tucows will have any leverage to do ANYTHING to make them stop, except perhaps if it turns out that they're also a reseller. Even then, it would be beyond the parameters of the reseller agreement for Tucows to try and take action against spamming that's not specifically related to domain registration.
