Partially due to policy, partially due to the confusion it could cause.
The Registrant (Organization contact) is the only true authority for the
domain (although they may give access/control to the administrative
contact), and is the only legal owner of the domain, so the only place
where Organization Contact should be shown.

However, if we better articulate what piece in the whois means what to our
channel we can likely make the organization line shown in other aspects of
the whois - I'm working on it.
