We have no special relationship with Look Communications (and
easyhosting.com), other than as a supplier. It is easy to infer otherwise,
as historically (a couple of years ago) we were part of a company that was
acquired by Look.
Automated "reseller to reseller" transfers will achieve a one year renewal
with only slightly more admin overhead on the registrant's behalf.
