Dave is correct - since we had to split up the processes running for
RSP->RSP transfers, the move is done at a different time than the renewal.
One small side effect (which we're in the process of repairing) is these
domains are in a state that makes them appear unrenewed in some cases.

A fix is already in the works and should be available (ready for the
predictable tagline?) "Real Soon Now (tm)" :)
