Well, I think the naughty registrars are less likely to hammer Verisign
*all* the time than they are when they know the exact moment a domain will
come up for grabs.

Yeah, the registrars are basically launching a Denial of Service attack
against NSI.  I know Verisign *could* do something ... how likely they are
to bite the hand that feeds them is a different matter, esp. if it's one of
the larger registries.

But then even *then* it shouldn't matter.  The domain holders are going to
end up paying someone for their domains, so Verisign will make the $6 from
someone else.

Wake up Verisign, and realize your mistake.  There is still hope! :)

OTOH ... do us good registrars have any recourse against the baddies for
denying us of Verisign's services?
