.ca blocked

I'm a little confused (again). Perhaps someone can clarify this for me. We
have attempted to register a .ca domain and it is now in the blocked .ca
file with the following messages.

Legal status code is invalid
Ca_Blocker resolution process started

What does this mean? Am I, as the reseller, supposed to be doing something
with this? And if so, what? What is the process?
I've searched the docs (and the archives) and did not find the info I was
looking for.
