Uhhh... you're trying to get outlook.ca aren't you!
I don't think it will work, because the problem isn't a conflicting
registration, but the fact that there is a Canadian geographical anomoly
called "Outlook" -- this blocks any registration with that (i.e. you can't
get outlook.sk.ca, outlook.bc.ca or outlook.ca).
I would like to hear of any successes you may have in this endeavour -- I
wouldn't mind benson.ca, but there is a "Rural Municipality of Benson
No.35" (population: 435) in south-eastern Sask. and a Village of Benson
(pop: 89), so I can't...
If you actually wanted to, you might be able to get
city.outlook.sk.ca
ville.outlook.sk.ca
town.outlook.sk.ca
village.outlook.sk.ca
district.outlook.sk.ca
hamlet.outlook.sk.ca
municipality.outlook.sk.ca
municipalite.outlook.sk.ca
police.outlook.sk.ca
but outlook.sk.ca is not available, nor is outlook.ca.
Traditionally, it was possible to get *.town.prov.ca -- like:
airport.pg.bc.ca
filmcommission.pg.bc.ca
Kinda cool and very descriptive, but rather cumbersome, and I'm not sure
if that is still available.
It may be possible to fool CIRA... if you get city.outlook.bc.ca you may
be able to upgrade that, who knows.
