Basically - trying a run through of this WebCert process - I come to the conclusion that the whole thing is a bit flakey. The guide at www.certificateregistration.com, the site that comes back when you get the Registration Code back, insists that you send them your company documents before you can proceed to step two. Fine - except that they don't then tell you _where_ to send them. Their office hours are 9-5, and for those of us not in their time zone, this means another days delay in even getting an answer to a query to support. Couple this with the oddly placed response code in the RWI interfaces, and no response email built into the RSP interface, why do I get the impression that WebCerts do no constitute a major business line for anyone. grumble grumble grumble....
