I will endeavour to change those grumbles into smiles by the end of the
year.
I have a list of improvement ideas that, once implemented, will alleviate
some of the confusions... in your case, namely where to fax the proof of
right (Fax: 1-877-839-3538 (toll free within North America)
Fax: 1-613-270-3260 (outside of North America)) The info is there but you
have to click on the link.... could be easier... understood.
Actually Entrust support is available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern
Time....... we have also been thinking about 'streamlining' the process in
other international markets but the potential market would have to be large
enough. If you have any suggestions... i'm open.
