If they're an OpenSRS reseller, I was told in the past to report them to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
However, I wouldn't hold your breath. I reported an OpenSRS reseller
three months ago for claiming in large type to be "an ICANN approved
registrar" and using the ICANN logo (after I had politely asked him twice
privately to stop doing it).
I was told that compliance would take care of it, but nothing happened --
the reseller in question is still doing it, and still has an active
OpenSRS account.
Grrrr.
