Y'know, I think it is worth noting that there are OSRS resellers that
are, in fact, ICANN accredited registrars - I would imagine they have
elected for the reseller model after putting the registrar model to the
test. They may have or may use different DBA's ('does business as' not
db admin :) ) such that it is not apparent from ICANN's 'accredited'
list that the website/reseller is indeed on said list.
Point: It very well may be that compliance has looked into the matter,
determined that all is as it should be, but didn't feel obliged to
report the results to you. I think that's fair, but that's MHO.
