CHARGEBACK! what an excellent idea... Gosh, why didn't I think of that - NSI
has been
known to rob a year if you renew with them and still transfer the domain to
another registrar
within 45 days of the renewal date.  We have had cases when customer renewed
on NSI
and as soon as domain returned to current status and listed expiry date in
2002 in NSI whois - they transferred
to us - then lost that renewal year from NSI ....and we simply added that
extra year for them
no cost instead of spending hours fighting the issue with NSI - advising
customer about the
chargeback option is a brilliant solution (plus a nice satisfaction to know
the Big Bully did not
get his way after all)
